I am extremely concerned with the failure of the Senate HHS Committee to give proper public notice in regards to the hearing on SB419 which was introduced in the Senate just yesterday and immediately scheduled for a hearing today. The Senate HHS Committee rules state that written testimony must be submitted no later than 24 hours prior to the hearing. This hearing was not scheduled in advance of that time frame! Please cancel this hearing and reschedule it on a future date where proper notice can be given and where the citizens of Nevada can participate in the democratic process, as is our right as voters and constituents of the elected representatives serving US.
